It all started in 1967 Keith Built Homes created the unthinkable at the time, a manmade lake in Lake Bonavista. Since then the is  Arbour Lake, Auburn Bay, Chaparral Lake, Coral Springs, Lake Bonavista, Mahogany Lake, Midnapore Lake, and Sundance in the City of Calgary.

In the surronding area's there are the following Lakes:

Heritage Pointe, Artesia at Heritage Pointe, Cochrane Lake, Harmony, Watermark, Chestermere Lake, and Crystal Shores.
